Daniel Huber supports companies in the energy, industrial, and automotive supply sectors as a consultant and interim manager in the successful implementation of their strategic realignment.

He develops and implements customized strategies in the areas of growth, change management, sales optimization, technology management, as well as restructuring and production relocation. He emphasizes results orientation and cultural sensitivity.

For the past five years, he served as interim head of the "Renewable Energy Services" and "Heating" business units at an energy supplier and as interim managing director at a distribution network operator. Prior to this, he restructured a medium-sized company and oversaw its merger with a sister company. His responsibilities included market and competitive analyses, production relocation, IT and CRM migration, impairment analysis, and the sale of a business unit.

Previous responsibilities included the management and operational leadership of various companies, production relocations to China, the Czech Republic, and Brazil, and the restructuring of international companies. He optimized sales processes and implemented CRM systems. In the technology field, he led technology organizations, implemented agile methods, and supported product developments with a focus on automation and artificial intelligence. 

He was also responsible for the implementation of major projects in the plant engineering business.
