The interim manager is an internationally experienced managing director who successfully realigns companies strategically and technologically. The corporate-experienced sales executive and engineer has broad expertise in the relocation and restructuring of business units as well as the optimization and digitalization (e.g. CRM) of sales and after-sales service. As an experienced technology manager, he also offers his clients special skills in the areas of automation technology and Industry 4.0 (Industrial Internet of Things).

In his most recent mandates, the interim manager has, among other things, relocated product development and production from companies in the automotive supply industry to Brazil, China and the Czech Republic. Before that, he pushed ahead with the restructuring of a medium-sized mechanical engineering company and was able to reduce costs by 30 percent. In a family-run company, he modernized sales processes and organization and successfully introduced customer relationship management (CRM).

The twice qualified engineer (electrical engineering, information technology) and graduate of the Business School St. Gallen offers his clients excellent leadership experience in the management of global companies. He has repeatedly set up companies abroad and led them to success for large corporations such as ABB, GE and Schuler/Andritz as well as for medium-sized famil-owned companies such as Viessmann and Prym: for example in China, India, Singapore and the Czech Republic. He has successfully restructured companies in Germany, the USA, Sweden, and Switzerland and layed them out for sustainable growth.

From these foreign assignments, the interim manager has a strong intercultural competence - a success factor that was often the decisive factor for his successful mandates.
